QUESTIONS​

Is there WIFI in the rooms?

No, currently we do not have WIFI in our rooms. WIFI is available in our lobby, restaurant and pool area.

Is breakfast included in our stay?

No and yes. A lite breakfast of coffee, tea and cereal included.

Speciality coffee and full breakfast options are available from our breakfast menu.

Are pets allowed?

No, we ask our guests to leave their pets at home please. 

​

Do you offer Pasadias?

No, we do not offer day passes but our restaurant is open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Is it buggy?

Yes, it is. Due to our beachfront and jungle adjacent location, Cambutal can be a buggy place but we do our best to maintain a comfortable environment for our guests. We recommend our guests bring long sleeves and pants for the evenings and keep food out of their rooms unless it is in the mini fridge or in a secured container.

At what time do you check in?

Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 11:00am.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes we do.
